Paymash Android POS - now available at Play Market

From January 20th, the Paymash POS system is also available for download in the Play Market.

The Paymash POS system offers a unique combination of security, flexibility and user-friendliness. The new version, which runs on iOS and Android systems, is more than just a practical POS system. The intelligent software offers a functionality that goes far beyond a traditional cash register. • The system can completely replace a traditional, permanently installed cash register, which saves space and cost. Since it runs on mobile Android devices, it is also very flexible.

• Receipts and all relevant documents are electronically stored and are available at any time for a tax audit.

• Paymash POS software is compatible with Socket Mobile scanner.

• Invoices can be sent by e-mail or can be printed on the spot in A4 format. Sales slips and receipts can also be printed.

• The standard license allows up to 5 employees access to the POS system or the web application at the same time. For companies with more employees additional licenses are available.

• Real-time synchronization between devices connected to the Paymash cash register system has been added in the new version.

• The system can be used on Android devices both with and without an Internet connection.

• The intuitive user interface helps to avoid errors during data entry. Even new employees can immediately efficiently work with the system since a long training period is not required.

• You can easily check inventory with Paymash POS system. This way, during conversations with customers each sales person can see whether a product is in stock without having to check with the warehouse.

• The close of day for the cash book is created automatically at the end of the business day.

• The Paymash POS system is compatible with printers from leading manufacturers. Currently, the Epson TM-m30 document printer is supported, and the Epson TM-U 220 and P20 receipt printer will be added next month.

• Paymash customers can use the online Chat function to contact Paymash support in case of any questions.

• Receipts can easily be split or combined. If customers would like to pay their restaurant bill separately, this is not a problem for the service staff. The staff can easily divide the bill so that each guest will only pay for what they consumed. Purchases from various departments can be combined into one invoice that can then be paid with one payment at the end of the visit.

• In restaurant mode, individual rooms and tables can be named and numbered as needed. The owner has a structured overview or invoices and consumption divided by rooms and tables.

• The Paymash POS software allows you to scan both barcodes and QR codes.

• The payment options are flexible, a customer can pay his receipt partly with cash and partly with a bank or credit card.
